Here are some pics of mine. The reason I moved mine is so I can mount a turbo later on in the space where the battery and the electronics where. I am going to be replacing my wiring harness this winter and simplifying all the wiring. I love that pic of the 1300cc kat very clean. I like KiwiGS also. For what its worth I made my pan out of stainless steel and works excellent in keeping everything dry when riding in wet weather. Besides all that I think it gives the bike a very clean look in general.
I say go for it.

Oi, that R/R is gonna COOK under that seat. It needs airflow. Yeah it already did. I bought a new one from duneage and I will be looking for a better place to mount the new one. Wasnt thinking about it I probably should have mentioned that in my previous post.Comment

Since the underseat area was so well received, here's the other pics of the bike. Turns out it's a 1135, not a 1300. I knew there was a 3 in there somewhere.
Nearly exactly what I want my bike to look like when I'm done with it, but with the plain old 8 inch round GS headlight, no fairing, and a slightly different color scheme, but that same semi-gloss black.

what model year and bike is that exactly? That is the seat style I want to put on mine except I would have to modify/trim the front down so it doesnt go up the tank.Comment

Yoshimura produced them in small quantities to celebrate the ending of the twenty year Katana production run. They were made in 2001, in Japan. Most of the stuff on it is custom, or heavily modified stock bits. They made over 150 bhp, and weighed 197.8 kg, compared to about 98 bhp and 241.2 kg.Originally posted by gsryder View PostComment
