    At last she rides nice.

Have now changed the o-rings to the intake boots. Now she accelerates like a rocket up to 140 km/h (87 mph),then she more slowly raises speed.
Maybe a little bit bigger mains are needed.
    Stock airbox
    4-1 Exhaust
    Synced carbs
Mains are 122,(120 stock in Europe)
    Valve clearence checked.

Try shimming the needles up a little, maybe the pipe is leaning her out a bit

Yea, shimming the needles and upping the main would be a good idea.

I'd do some plug reads first. Don't just assume it's a lean/jetting problem.
If you're sure the bike is tuned well and the plugs look too light after 1/3 and full throttle tests, then try richer jetting.
And on the seventh day, after resting from all that he had done,God went for a ride on his GS!
Upon seeing that it was good, he went out again on his ZX14! But just a little bit faster!

Is it too lean at part throttle or wide open?

If at partial throttle move the needle, if at wide open get a bigger main jet.

You DID do the plug chops, right?
