Carb issue

Should idle something around 1000 RPM, there's a big screw with a big knob on it under the middle of the rack of carbs to adjust idle speed.

What do your spark plugs look like?

First label the spark plugs 1 through 4 and take a good macro picture of them and post them. Use photobucket of a pic server of the like.
