Do a search. The tops tap out; the lower can be done with an extended curved punch, dremel (to cut it) or use a welder. Did I forget anything?

Here is how it looks when you cut it:


You will end up putting a nick or a groove in the frame that holds the bearing race, don't worry about it. Just don't damage the new bearing races when you install them.

Yep, that's how I got 'em out, dremel, and it did nick the inside. I beat on them for a few hours first.
