Will the coils from the 850 work on the 750? I know the wiring harness is different but its easy enough to wire them. But is the ignition different?

Coils I dont know but the ignition should fit 83 is usually a cut off for a lot of stuff on the GS's

The coils are different but they should work as long as you can get them to fit and don’t mind changing the electrical connectors.

I'm not worried about the wiring. Orange to orange and the other wire to the other wire. Just didn't know if they would fire correctly or not. Thank you for your quick answers
