Carb Dip / Safety
My carb dip says to handle with PVC gloves/apron. Having a hard time finding. Does everyone stick to that or do you find other types of gloves work?Tags: None -

Harbor freight, Lowe's and Home Depot should have the gloves

I just used a long pair of pliers to move parts from the dip can to the rinse bucket.. I don't follow directions all that well

My hands are so calloused that I don't even bother with gloves. Just wash them off soon after any exposure.

I just wear ntrile gloves. It WILL dissolve them if you get a lot on there and over some time, but just for brief handling from the dip to the rinse they work fine.Comment

I'm with Renobruce on this one. I lift the bucket out of the can, shake it a bit, then hold a rag under the bucket so it does not drip, and take it to the sink, where I use a hot water rinse.
I have not noticed any problems with occasional contact, your mileage may differ.
