Hate to ask this

I have 77 750 and am looking at an exhaust from an 83...will this fit..not worried about a mount for the mufler but will the header fit? I can fabricate something for the muffler but need to know if the header will work ..Thanks!

Wont fit, the spigots on the 83 are much smaller than the earlier 750. If you can find a header for an 82 and earlier 750, that will work. Also, GS1000, 1100, and 1150 should fit your motor too.

I used a 79 gs1000l exhaust on my 81 gs750l and it bolted right up. PO had and 850l exhaust on b4(did not fit).

Wont fit, the spigots on the 83 are much smaller than the earlier 750. If you can find a header for an 82 and earlier 750, that will work. Also, GS1000, 1100, and 1150 should fit your motor too.

If we are talking 83 GS750, then that is a fit with the GSXR 750 which means it is a fit with all of the GS1000,1100,1150's. The issue is that the bolt spacing is different and the collars need to be slotted.
