    mirror matching problem

I've got a '80 GS750L with one short stem mirror (which I'm pretty sure is stock) and another with a long stem. I noticed, in the parts book that one number was interchanged for another but don't know which mirror is now available. Naturally, the good 'ol Suzuki dealer said if I order it and it ain't right....I have to eat it. The number shown is 56600-44200 for a left-side mirror but the dealer can't tell me if it matches or not....anybody got a good idea??

dump the stock mirrors and get some good aftermarket mirrors, you can spend 15 or 150 depening on what style you want.

      Mirrors

Ricks right. Unless your doing a completly stock restoration dump them and find something that works and looks good.
