coil quest

Any one know the primary resistance for an ignition coil used with an 82GS100L. Need to replace coil. Dynatek does not list by application, and i have seen differant ohm meters return differant values on same component.

Any that I should avoid?

Any that I should avoid? I was steering clear of these deals becouse I was worried that they would be .7ohm coils. I didn't know if some model GSX-R's and such were CDI systems with .7ohm coils.

You are more likely to run into CDI ign in a 2 stroke motor. You want the 3 ohm coils. Later GSXR coils should work fine
