    Habermann fairings?

Anyone ever heard of this company?

Pretty sporty for something out of the seventies. Too bad the starting bid is half the price of a new Powerbronze full sport fairing.

Looks cool on a Mad Max sort of way but it's bloody expensive! 8O

      True, true.

It's a nice piece of glass, especially with dual headlights.

I think I'm going to throw a 7" round light on the '83, and go with a $50 cafe fairing (painted to match, of course). Polished aluminum signals, aluminum top triple and clubmans (clipons are too damn pricey!).

      I found a guy over at gixxer.com with a factory 1991 GSXR1100 4-2 exhaust with dual Two Brothers slip-ons. I'll probably go with that, since I can't find a 4-1 header I like anywhere....

All of that above would still be cheaper than my first plan -

But I'm rambling. Have you tried fitting that new pipe yet, Robin? Let me know how it sounds, too!!!

      Happy New Year,

Hi Donald, the plans for the bike sound good, to me even better then that fairing in the second link.

Zero bids so far on the yellow one, offer him $100 for it  If something is rare it doesn't allways mean it's valuable.

I haven't fitted the exhaust on the bike yet because I want it to be spot on before installing the exhaust and probably adjusting the mixture for that, maybe stage3 and open filters...but first I have to sort out the low voltage going to 1 coil so I can get a decent plug read. Untill then it makes a lovely coathanger

        Have a good time wrenching!

I like it but wouldn't be able to afford it.
