    Buy 82 Katana??

    I recently purchased a 1981 GS1100E and love it. Now, I've got a chance to get a 1982 Katana... I'm just wondering it i'll be mpressed with the kat, or will it be the 1100 in different skin.. Thanks

      Go the Kat , it is a similar but entirely different beast.

          I am more unbiased than Dink..sorta (I own a 78 GS1000) The Kat is different cosmetically and in the ride it gives. Less compromising than a standard 1100. Far more like a modern sports bike...more commitment required. And it looks great. It will be one of the all time classics.

              I completely agree! And you can do lots of stuff to them, or keep it stock off course...
