valve seals

In my manual it says to use molybedium disulfide on the inside seal. Is this the grease or a powder? I need to know what kind i need to get.

Just use an assembly type grease to coat the insides of the new seals. This would be the same type of grease that you should be using on the cam shaft lobes during assembly. Just tap them in using a 1/4 drive 10mm socket, extention and a light weight hammer. Becareful not to drive them in to hard or to far onto the valve seal or you risk ruining them

Its high temp grease Use just a dab on the seal area the valve ride on

The moly grease is handy to have, but a tin will last a very long time!
