I feel sure you'll get a more definitive answer but 1980-1983 are the same. After that, I'm pretty sure they changed to different ones. Beyond 1984, I have no idea. Hope that helps a little. :?1980 GS1100E....Number 15!

Use 1 3/4" radiator hose and any carbs will fit

That is kinda what I thought but I'm just not sure. I am getting back into bikes after several years of playing with cars and snowmobiles. I recently acquired an '81 GS750 which I hope to restore. Previous owner said carbs were shot but I haven't checked for myself. I was wanting to see if I could use the ones off my '85 700ES (Waiting on electrical parts) just to see if I can get it to run for now.Comment
