Most of the twins 400-450's have similar wiring, but there are diffrences acroos each model. Your best bet is to spend a few bucks on a shop manual, that will have a complete wiring diagram for your particular bike.

Well thanks michael I`ve just found a diagram from a GS 425 I think its the same as the GS 400 hopely also the same wire colors.Comment
