I was wondering if anyone knew of a cheap and economical way of cleaning a little rust out of an old tank. :twisted:

Hi , The best that I have found is a chain , A lot easier to get out & know that its all out then nuts & bolts
Just don't forget to remove your petcock first, 
& shake & remove, flush out with #2 diesel fuel, Re install petcock fill tank back full of diesel & let sit , The diesel will penetrate into the metals pours & help to prevent any future rust, 
if the tank has any leaks it will have to be lined 8O
