Timing Chain question

Yeah, I was thinking if you had those really short stubby screwdrivers, then you could get at it...

My cam chain tensioner is held in place with hex head bolts. A 1/4" drive ratchet to break it loose seems to work best, then just the socket and 3" extension between my fingers to turn the bolts.
