Gas tank sending unit

Hello,

I have ordered a manual, but in the meantime I am doing as much as I can. I am not sure where to plug the hose from the gas tank sending unit into the carb? on my '80 GS 750E. Also, I only have one throttle cable (pull) on the bike, will it run ok with this? Thanks.

The metal cover over the fuel sending unit is for Overflow in case the sending unit leaks. Hose is routed down to the rear of the swingarm NOT hooked to anything, left open

With Mikuni cv carbs, like the ones that came stock on your bike, there is no return cable

Thanks, I was not sure if the sending unit was supossed to plug in somwhere. Also, there is a hole underneath the throttle housing that looks like it would be for a return (push) cable. Anyways, thanks for the info.
