Great project, you'll have it sorted soon.
Cams are not a problem . I have degreed cams , intake 2 degr. later and exhaust 2 degr. earlier to make overlap smaller .
At idle there is nothing to "push raw fuel to exhaust" more than normally aspirated engine .
At idle in inside of intake manifold is vacum . Problem is different vacum before and after supercharger .
Between throttlebody and supercharger is more vacum than after supercharger + intake manifold volume is big . These things together makes idle "sailing" between 1000 - 3000 r/min .
Now I need to build a by-pass line with vacum operated valve over the supercharger .
Does anybody know , where to buy those by-pass valves (Eaton) ?

Which explains why race cars need an idle of 2000 rpm or more. Learn something new everyday. Thanks

Some new parts I have made . Belt guard from aluminium , I "glued" parts together with the Alutite solder . Not the easiest way to join parts together , but it works .

The belt guard on itīs place and modified and painted intake manifold support straps :

    Thanks for your help.
It was not so complicated to fit that gsx r swingarm . If I remember right , -03 gsx r swingarm is 5mm narrower than efeīs . It has also a lot bigger pivot shaft than efe , but itīs easy to fix with special sleeve.
The frame needs to "clean" with old suspension fasteners and central stand fasteners .
Then itīs only making some new fasteners and some welding .

    Hope that helps .

She's your baby, but I would go ahead with the paint. I like the looks of natural aluminum, just that it doesn't flow well to me with the other colors. Your sence of style is top notch! All your fab work looks very good. The only part I don't like is the support straps for the plenum. It would have been nice to hide them somehow is all.

Looking forward to your next update... A video or sound file of this thing purring would be very cool!!!
As I say itīs not finished yet . Iīm going to make some modifications to some parts including painting . Plenum support traps Iīm going to change to better ones ( with holes , rubber mounts and paited black ) .
