Does an '82 GS1100E engine bolt right in to an '82 GS1000 Katana frame? They both are basically the same engine and I wanted to know if I could swap an 1100 engine into my Katana

carbs are same...34mm, but the jetting is different, and if you get canadian carbs, they have adjustable needles....I have 1100 Katana jets in my 82 1100EZ carbs.
