Man.. getting bits of tube to fit is a lot of back and forth, to and from machinery to bike......... It's beginning to take shape though.

Very very nice. You've got some great metal fab and welding skills. The header is aluminum, right? So lucky is the guy who has a TIG welder at home AND knows how to use it. :-DComment

Kind words, however I still haven't mastered the tig.(love hate relationship) I'm mig welding and heat treating when finished to relieve stresses. The header is a low grade automotive stainless and juuuuust thick enough to mig weld with a low setting and good fit with no gaps between parts.Comment

I made sure that I have filter access as well.

I tried for equal length to the junctions as well! Got pretty close only an inch difference over 25 inches.
