    GS1100G cyl block in a GS1000e cases?

Will this require any case clearancing to fit the bigger cyl block or should I just use my GS1000 cly block and bore it to size. I plan on using Gs1100g pistons that are 1.0 O/S for a 73mm bore. Are the GS1100g sleeves thicker? Dan

    barrels

I have used 1000 barrels to suit standard 1100 pistons there thin but ok, then fitted 1085 pistons to them as well. But then the Wiseco gudgeon pins flogged out the rods and had to do a $2000 rebuild to fix that little problem using another set of barrels. Depends if u want to split the cases and hog them out for the 1100 barrels.

So you are saying the 1100g cyl block are a larger O.D. at the bottom of sleeve and will not fit with out case boring? Dan
