zrx arm on a gs1000/1100?

Ogri, wasn't your 2004 GSXR swingarm too wide as well? why would it be any easier than the ZRX one?

The GSXR swinger was only wide by about 1mm on each side. Very similar to adding the GSXR swinger to the GS frame. A little grind here and there, and the swingarm fit right in.
The ZRX swinger is too wide by nearly 6mm on either side at the pivot.

Interesting - I thought the GS frame was 226mm at the pivot, and my 04 GSXR 600 swinger is 233mm, so I'll have to shave 3.5mm per side. I haven't actually measured my frame, however, so I could be wrong on that measurement.

bring this back from the dead. How has this convertion worked out for others? Pan can to update your pictures I would like to see how your project went? How about the shock spacing?
