early 90's gsxr wheels are very cheap on ebay lately,a 5.5" wide rim with a 180 tire would be a good choice.

Wouldnt i need the swing arm changed also???

the 5.5" rim is the widest you can fit in a stock arm.you would also have to use an offset front sprocket.search the old posts,a lot of info on this subject.
