Rear Shock Mount (need advise on modding hole)

I have a set of ZRX1100 KYB OEM shock BUT can't mount them because the eye hole is too small. Where/how can I punch out the old one and get a new one so it will fit the new application?

Drill?
Get a sleeve that fits over your bolt and drill the mount out to accept that you should have to tap it in.

you have to replace the bushing - I had some made up out of delrin for mine. The dirt track racers use it so it must be plenty strong, even though it has a bit of give - works a treat.
