1100E cams fit 1150E? or Not?

I have decided to put a really strong and tight 1150E motor in my project bike (titled "down to the frame"). I was wondering if my adjustable aftermarket higher lift cams would drop in? (don't need tach gear)

Yeap 1100 and 1150 cams can be swapped with no problems.

Thanks RacingJake I'm even happier about the 1150 motor now! I'm going to stick my RS 38s on there as well.

It should run really good with those carbs, what size cams are you going to use??

The cams measure 20 thou more than stock for lift with the same base circle as stock.

I've ran G4's about .355 lift in a 1100 and 1150 head and they work really good too.

Good luck, and don't forget to double check the timing and valve clearance.
