gs750 cams in a gs1000

I saw reference to this somewhere. Is there a difference between the cams that makes the 750 cams better for performance?

There is a difference in the exhaust cam, but it isn't much. If you can get a good one for a low price, go for it. Don't spend too much.

2v is what I heard about. I think you have to have a slotted cam sprocket too.
