Got the swingarm back. New bearings and coat after 27 yrs. $145 bucks for a show quality job. And that was "mates rates"

gday mate, nice bike and even nicer swingarm, ken built me a chassis, a while back, i used 18 inch early gsxr wheels, up till now, currently putting 17 ich wheels in to bring it in to the 21st century so to speak, he reckoned when they tested the swingarms back in 1980, they were good for 150 h.p. and i reckon that would be the bottom of the scale, regards.

Sharpy your bike looks better and better every time I see it!
Not to sound like a stalker or any thing but something like your bike is what I have in mind for mine.
I noticed in one of your other theads that you are not runnig an airbox but still have a standard (looking) filter. What was involved in that mod?.
                Cheers

That paint scheme is standard. Still standard paint after 27 yrs but the clear is flaking a little.
