    750 Clutch Upgrade?

I think the clutch on my '80 GS750 is going on me. I tried adjusting it and it got a little better but still slips at high rpms. I was wondering if there is a quick and easy upgrade. Are there any parts from other bikes that would serve as an upgrade? If not, what are my options on upgrades? :-?

I have a pipe, pods, and a jet kit if that makes any difference. After I finished these upgrades is when I noticed the slipping.

    Thanks for the help :-)

Get some Barnett HD clutch springs and run 3 of those with 3 new stock.
Also check your specs on the fibers and steels.

My opinion is that the stock gs clutch is capable of taking much more power than a basically stock 750 is ever likely to put out so any sort of upgrade is pointless & 9 times out of 10 wont last as long as the stock parts

So ....... fit new well soaked OE friction plates, (steels & springs if needed), check the basket for wear & enjoy many more thousands of miles of riding without ever having to worry about it again
