Remove the stock sleeves, bore the block for new sleeves, bore & hone new sleeves for new pistons, bore upper case half to clear new sleeves. Definitely NOT a bolt on but not a big deal either. GREAT gain in torque & power! Build them JAY!!!! Ray.Comment

so will the 900 hundred+ dollars include jay installing the larger liners and boring/decking ect.. for the new piston kit?
i think it was RC that had a 1176 kits many moons ago for the 8v suzuki's.Comment

Holy crap. I have a spare stock 1000 engine. I guess once my current project is finished, I'll just have to go for this. Count me in sometime around late spring/early summer.
