Hi jwhelan65,
Would you like to tell the width of the spacer behide the front sprocket?
My one is 11mm to 12mm I remember when I make same 180 rear end with B12 arm and GSXR 5.5 wheel.

sooooooooo what kind of offset do you run? i can always machine the drive sprocket spacer a bit if need be. exactly how much can you change the spacing between front and rear sprockets before you run in to trouble?Comment

Anywhere from 10 t0 13mm of ofsett at the front depending on the exact frame & make of tyre (some 180's are wider than others) i correct any remaining misalignment in the chain i by machining or swapping the rear sprocket carrier with the aim of keeping the chain dead centre of the available space where possible

wow. that's not much offset at all. i keep meaning to measrue the distance from the centerline of my tire to the centerline on my sprocket and see how it compares to the same measurement on my brother's stock rear setup to see how much offset is acually required.Comment
