It's been a while since I pulled a set apart. I think there is a sealing O ring inside the bore of each piston & a dust seal at the top of each piston.

I've not yet found a pair (especially of the RG ones as they tend to be newer) that need new seals.

New rubber bits related to the sliding assembly caused by brake fluid contamination swell or damage.

If you look at one of the K&L kits (which I wouldn't necessarily recommend I've read of mixed results with them) it shows the same as I remember...

You need one each of 43049,43049-A, 43049-B and 43049-C per caliper. Two of them are seals and the other two are wipers.

Yes I have some on the shelf. No issue with the alternate wheel as far as brakes or rotors are concerned. ZG1000 - make sure they are the twinpot not the earlier singles

Those appear to be the right rotors but if going new you might find one for the CBR F4 which has the right bolt circle. It doesn't really make a difference it's just moderately easier to just open the holes up to 8mm rather than using the spacer as a template to re-drill them.

The bracket kit includes all the brackets & spacers you need. (Rotor spacer acts as a drilling jig, bolts to the CBR rotor & then plunge an 8mm drill or eq right through)

    You need:

    Twinpot Caliper & pads.
    CBR Rotors
M10 x 40mm (preferably fine thread but course will work) bolts with nuts for each side.

Fit all bolts with blue loctite.

Salty, these are for sale now.
I have a 78 GS750E but will be have a 82-83 GS1100 (19 in) six spoke rim installed. Any considerations with that?
Also have a line on nice ZG1000 calipers.
What is included in your set? Mounting brackets I know. Rotor shim plates?

Hi Willie - posting this here as your PM box is full. - Dan

    Here you go:
    Calipers
2 x calipers from various bikes, mainly Kawasaki models-
EX 250 Ninja 1988 to 2007 (single caliper on right side)
EX 500 Ninja 1994 to 2007 (single caliper on right side)
    ZL 600 B1 Eliminator 1995 to 1996
    ZR 550 B1/B2/B3 Zephyr 1990 1992 1993
    ZX 600 C1-C9 Ninja 600 R 1988 to 1996
    ZR 750 C1/C2/C3 1991 to 1993
    ZX 750 F1/F2/F3/F4 Ninja 1987 to 1990
    ZG 1000 A9-A20 Concours 1994 to 2006
    ZX 1000 B1/B2/B3 Ninja ZX10 1988 to 1990

Suzuki also used this caliper on the VX800, GS500 and the GSX1100G

CBR600 Rotors. F3, F4 & F4i. The 296mm dia ones. If you send me any links to ones you are looking to buy or pictures I can quickly tell you if they are the right ones.

Responded to your PM. Are you sure those rotors are 295mm? I think they are 274mm dia ones in which case they won't work. The Suzuki rotors usually used are the ones from the GS550E (it's a single brake model but you use two of the same rotor).

If those Suzuki rotors are the right dia (I vaguely remember there being a T model slotted Suzuki rotor that might be 295mm but I've never seen them personally) then a washer under the head will solve your issue or use the later bolts. You can probably even cut those down as long as there is adequate thread left.

Here's a pic of the Suzuki GS550 rotor in place.
