On my model, it has the 3.2 gallon fuel tank with the .8 gallon reserve. I know its not much but I was wondering what other tanks will fit without any modifications (Im looking to do a swap as fast and easy as possible). I know the "other" 650s had a 4.2 gallon, will it be a direct swap?

It won't be a direct swap. The front tank mounts (posts) are in a different location on the G/Katana models. You can see the differences by comparing the frames. -

I know from filling up the tank dry mine is not a drop more than 3 gallons, and I used reserve setting once. Mid highway running out of fuel and changing the gas to on is no fun, I just watch the miles and fill up between 100 and 120 miles. I get anywhere from 45-55 mpg so thats a safe range.
In a group it can be a pain but I usually am good to stretch the legs after 2 hours so I do it at a gas station is all.Comment
