    stroking plus 1085 kit on GS1000

    Hello;

    Another question. trying to get a handle on winter project. If you stroke the crank on a GS1000 with a 1085 kit, what would you end up with for CC's in that motor. Thanks

    How would you be stroking the crank? The longer the stroke, the more cc's. I think you would spend way too much money trying to stroke one of these cranks . Maybe put in a GS1100 crank which is 1.6mm longer?

      you can buy a nice 1150 engine cheaper than having falicon stroke your crank.

        I believe the 1000 Katana crank is what they used to put in the 1000s. It had the GS1100 stroke
