A first generation turbo charged Hayabusa claimed fastest streetbike honors at Maxton. Beat the old record by 12 mph. They also did an unfaired run of 255mph, setting that record too. The cool thing is, for me anyway, the guy who did the head on this bike, did the head on my 1229 Kat.

Sweet..what's the top speed on your beefed up kat? -
Probably not much more than stock. I had it up to 141 mph on the speedo, but ran out of road and who knows how accurate the speedo is.
