    82 katana, 93 GSXR750 forks. Which 919 clamp?

Hey guys, I just picked up a 93 GSXR750 parts bike to use for the suspension. I can use the GSXR tripple trees, but I hear that 919 trees will give me another inch of ground clearance.

Which years 919 trees am I looking for? And am I only looking for the top clamp?

    thanks in advance!

Its actually the Honda 954 that will work , Vortex makes the top piece as un after market mod also.

Ah thanks! Do most guys only use the top clamp, or just use the entire tripple?

I think that you will need the 954 upper and lower. They have different offset than the gsxr

It apears that the 929 early 2000's are the same as the 954 tripples.

Mine is a 02 CBR complete tree. You do need both parts.

Also, you will have to change the bearings depending on the year of the clamp-I did and it is not hard.

                    954 or 929?

I believe it was a 954 that year.

Sorry, for the late reply. I was moving over the last few days.
