Ignition Timing

1983 1100 just changed to a Dyna ignition and cant find anything about how to do adj the timing with a light in my factory manual cant find a search on it eather. anyone?

Dyna 2000? I'd put it at ~ 33 degrees. No timing light required with the 2000 unit. Read the directions or download them on dyna's website.

I think my book has the "F" mark at 13 degrees Before top dead center for a 16 valve 1100

be sure you know what dyna unit you have before starting it ...

I take out the plugs and turn the engine over by hand with the key on so I can actually see when it snaps the spark before starting.
