To the best of my knowledge (which is a bit limited on this topic), there are none that are commercially-made.
You will have to get creative and do them yourself or find someone to make them for you.

I was looking for the same thing for my 82 GS850 and I saw these on another site. He stated that they are Sportster forward Controls. I want to price them from a junk yard first as I don't nee a $300 froward controls doubling the worth of the bike.

Those do look pretty nice, honestly you're not likely to find a set of those at a boneyard, though. If you do, however, as Steve said, there's still a fair amount of fabrication to be done to get a set like those on your bike.
Probably have to fab up the mounts for the pegs and linkages at the very lease.
