So a little background info on this problem is where I will start. I purchased this bike right off the bat with a charging problem, did some testing and both the stator and regualtor were bad, so I have replaced both of those. From the moment I purchased it, it has been spewing black smoke which from what I understand is unburnt fuel. When I picked up the bike I looked at a plug and it was fouled really bad. Brushed it off because it kinda ran with them like that and only had a few blips. this bike has pod filters on it (Oh boy!
) and a yosh 4-1 race exhaust.
So on to the problem...I was riding this evening and everything was doing well, out of nowhere I lost what felt to be two cylinders, wouldn't idle let alone run till you hit a high RPM then it got its power back. I was wondering if there was anyone that has had this happen before. I would like to add if anyone had some jet size suggestions too, I'm living at 5,280ft elivation with those mods. I havent gotten into the carbs yet, but I'm sure is coming up really soon.
