finally all the clutch parts arrived today, the GSXR clutch pusher. will pop down to engineers Monday and get the pushrod machined to the pusher, then machined to the correct length and it should be ready to go.
will have to lash up a slave hydraulic line for now until i get a specific line made up to fit but it will tell for sure if it will work.
Also while i had the clutch apart again i found some wear on the main thrust washer, which i will replace, part # 09160-25022.
fingers crossed

I'm certainly interested in knowing if you are happy with the results after testing it on the road ... and I'm quite sure that others are interested also Adrian!

LOL! Searching to see if anybody made a ready-built solution for the 1100E, I found this: www.orientexpress.com/images/catalog/OER2010LowerEndClutch.pdf
On the last page:
FWIW, the clutch on my Busa is a pain in the rear to bleed - harder to do than hydraulic brakes on a mountain bike.CABLE CONVERSION KIT
Eliminates the standard hydraulic clutch cylinders and converts to a simple screw-type cable activated system for smooth clutch engagement. Available for Gen 1, Gen 2 GSX1300R in billet aluminum finish or black anodized.Comment

Adrian, The work your are doing is amazing to me. Curious though, what will the clutch cover be like when finished obviously can't have a large opening for operation? Thanks for keeping us lesser talented members involved. Ray
