GS1000 hydraulic clutch

i think i have found the answer to my brake hose bleed nipple clearance issue.....

this will fit on top, with a single banjo bolt, bleed nipple facing outwards, then the Cunifer/Kunifer brake pipe into the other fitting

looks kinda weird with a clutch M/C, but i like it........

finally all the clutch parts arrived today, the GSXR clutch pusher. will pop down to engineers Monday and get the pushrod machined to the pusher, then machined to the correct length and it should be ready to go.
will have to lash up a slave hydraulic line for now until i get a specific line made up to fit but it will tell for sure if it will work.
Also while i had the clutch apart again i found some wear on the main thrust washer, which i will replace, part # 09160-25022.

no, it is joined to a s/s clutch line up under the tank

the difference between the 2 clutch covers now. still have to dress up a few edges and tidy the welds.(it was a bitch to weld) a massive weight saving of 370 grams........

i have access to a machine shop for important bits, my wife is ever so mean and wont let me put a lathe and a milling machine in the kitchen........

some rubbish excuse like "we wont have room for the cooker and washing machine".

FWIW, the clutch on my Busa is a pain in the rear to bleed - harder to do than hydraulic brakes on a mountain bike.

Adrian, The work your are doing is amazing to me. Curious though, what will the clutch cover be like when finished obviously can't have a large opening for operation? Thanks for keeping us lesser talented members involved. Ray
