What recommendation do you have for replacing or modding the 1150 ginormous headlight? Mine has a small hole in it, I am going to fill this one in with some epoxy for short term, and am wondering about replacement and alternatives. A search in the forums doesn't yield much.

I have a stone chip in mine , the stone hit and the chip came off the inside. I had the headlamp off and patched it with clear rtv from the inside,through the light bulb hole.
Still doesn't leak.

That's what I was going to do, but with some clear epoxy, like they do with windshields. I guess there are really no affordable alternatives. Maybe it's time to learn glassblowing?

I have a SRAD 650 headlight on the 1150. Its a little smaller but has the better bulb setup and the housing is similar to the 1100e or 1150e bucket...Comment
