I was thinking of trying bandit 1200 sleeves with a 81mm piston in the 1150 block to get a 1361cc and there would still be one more bore on the sleeves. Just something I was kicking around. I heard it could be done but I also heard it ok at the track but not sure about the street. I haven't even taken any measurements yet.
If the sleeves are the same size as the bandit sleeves then there would be two more bores left on them. MaybeComment

Yes i have run it on the street....It does tend to run hot and needs an oil cooler but it is not unrideable.
I bought it as a "1327", ill find out for sure in about a week when my top end gaskets arrive.

Forged 10.5:1 pistons, sleeves, and MLS steel head gasket $899.00 Send us your block and top case and we will do all necessary machine work for $309.00, ready to assemble.
We are keeping the CR low so it will electric start. We can do a 13.5:1 race only setup, like the pistons in the photo, if desired.Comment

I have -86 GS 1150 street bike with -91 1100 GSXR sleeves in 1150 block with 81mm Hayabusa pistons. Cr is 9.7, engine is supercharged ( 0.5 bar boost), fuel = E85, Bandit 600 oil cooler, oil thermostat & top end oiler.
No heat problems, no smoking issues, starts easy, no oil leaks, nice power.Comment

I don't know of every one else's luck but I have had some good luck with the 1260 motors, Just seems to rev higher, quicker throttle response, and they live forever, and seem to fit the stock combustion chambers just right without modifying them also. Along with the 66mm stroke just seem to work as well matched up setup. Beside being as large as you can go with a stock block with the sleeves as far as I remember. I'm sure I'll get some grief from this post but just my noted results, My next street motor is going to be a low compression 1260 with maybe .370 cams don't know if I want the .420 cams for the street. when I redo my 1168. may stick with the .348 cams in the 1260 want that low end mid range grunt.
