Easiest carbs to set up that will fit on a 1981 GS750L?

I have heard of all these different type of carbs like Smoothbore, flatslides and slingshot carbs.

What I want to know is which of these is the easiest to work on and get running without having to take the bike to a shop to get the "Mixture screws" sorted out.

I've had phenomenal success working on my carbs but I cannot, for the life of me, get my mixture screw settings correct. I currently have 2 cylinders running rich and two running lean. As much as I try I cannot finesse the screws enough to get the carbs right. Reading plugs is about the same as me translating japanese....I can't do it.

Are there any carbs that are so simple to set up that a doofus like me can use them?

My bike comes with the 34mmCV carbs. Evil...just evil.

    Thanks,

Iwould have to say the CV carbs. only 1 mixture screw to mess with after a simple mechanical sync.
