Does anyone have a list of these measurements? I'm reproducing a clean version of my 1981 gs750 top triple clamp and it's hard to get the measurements right. Also, I've seen that the middle hole is drilled at an angle.. is this angle important, and if so, does anyone know what it is? At last, as I build my own cafe racer, should I choose another offset?

Can't help with the actual dimensions, but the easiest way to measure these is with fork tubes installed and then use the tube surfaces (inside to inside or outside to outside) to get accurate measurements and then add/subtract the tube diameters from your numbers. Without knowing what you are changing for your cafe bike it is pretty hard to say if offset needs to change or not.
