    Morgan carb tuner

Hey all. After assembling and hooking up the carb tune pro 4, I am getting barely any movement from the gauge, do I have a leak in the vacuum somewhere ? Am new to using this gauge.

Not that it really matters in this case, but I am forced to ask, ... WHAT BIKE???

To prevent this bit of aggravation, please generate a sig that mentions your bike. Does not have to be elaborate, like some of us have, just a simple "Current bike: 1999 Suza-whatever" will do. Otherwise, we will ask you to be sure to mention your bike every time you ask a question about it.

If you read the instructions, they say that in some cases, the vacuum will be low enough to not lift the rods. In that case, turn the instrument over. The rods will hang from springs, the vacuum will pull them a bit farther down. You can then sync the carbs by matching how far the rods are pulled DOWN, not UP.

And set the idle at about 2500RPM, and point a big box fan at the motor

OOPS my bad. Susuki gs850g, did get the tuner to work. Checked on the bike next morning, gas had leaked from one carb back into air filter saturating it. Guessing a needle/float stuck down in the bowl. Took apart and freed it up, will try the next morning.
