another dot gsxr750 head to 1100 question

If there is a link to a dot J/K gsxr750 head to a 1100 build with all the "do's" and "do not's" can someone please comment the link for it? Im unsure on how the oil returns from the head to the bottom end (crank cases) and would also like to read up on the head swap. Thanks Tyrin

You BLOCK the oil returns in the front, bottom of the head. 28 mm freeze plugs work perfectly. 1150 cylinder studs, APE has them. GS cam sprockets on GSXR cams. GS cam chain. Delete the center idler gear from the GSXR. Block off the rear oil openings on the valve cover. Install a top end oiler. Are you using a stock block or a big block?

Here is a thread about the topic, might be helpful. I would assume the oil returns down the cam chain tunnel with no worries about foaming because the GS oil pump is not as high volume as the GSXR pump.
