Best superbike style front master cylinder

What calipers were those? The 5/8" bore MC and twin four pot calipers was the standard Jap sportbike set up all though the 90's into the early 2000's when big radial calipers became the norm. My 82 1100E is also running a 5/8" bore MC with salty_monk's brake upgrade setup and it is fine as well.

They were Suzuki Impulse calipers. That will mean nothing to most as the US never got that bike. They're a slightly smaller version of the early GSXR 4 pots which use the same size pistons - and the same pads. Just packaged a little smaller. Used them on an F3 Kawasaki twin here and lost the Wanganui street race when the rider got arm pump. It had been his decision and insistence to use the 5/8in M/c....

And to get those caliper pistons out. I have one of these. It works like a vise grip in reverse. No blowing them out, no vulcan death grip on some pos tool. I dont have many special tools but this one is sweet. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Kawasaki-ZRX...lWmC4m&vxp=mtr
