Here is an old post from 2004.. It states that the GS1000 and the GS1100, both 2-vavle motors, have the same piston pin size and they both share the same compression height.

So knowing that, I'm thinking you could purchase the, Ebay, Cruzinimage Big Bore Piston kit. These pistons are 73.5mm. Hopefully, the stock 1100 liner has enough "meat" , to be bored out by 1.5mm...

Just so you know, stock blocks will bore safely 3mm bigger.
