    530 Conversion Parts in Canada?

I am trying to find JT Sprockets components to convert my 1100E to 530. Looking to keep near stock gearing with an 18F/50R combo. Fortnine has stock on the front sprocket but no rear and no 6mm washer needed to space things properly on the countershaft sprocket. I have called a couple local dealers and neither one can order the parts in.

Does anybody have any other options in Canada?

    Thanks,
    Mark

I got all my stuff from Fortnine for my 1000 in the same sizes. Just hint but if you use part numbers and references to sprockets for a 650E it will make searches much easier. They have the same sprocket specs as for bolt pattern and spline except they were 530.

I know the parts I need, I just can't find them in stock or available to order.

Z1 Enterprises has everything in stock but shipping doubles the cost for me. $60 for parts, $58 for shipping...

Mark, greetings from a former Albertan (Lethbridge) and Vancouverite now living in Sacramento CA.

I did the 530 conversion on my 83 1100E in 2014. Because I wanted to reduce RPMs a bit I went with 18 /48 sprockets. Similar diameter to the original 15 / 42 630 sprockets..... no possible swing arm interference at pivot and chain not turning such a tight radius etc. I have my original invoices somewhere..... But... I went with Sunstar sprockets (personal preference)......the OEM manufacturer for Suzuki (and others too). The rear sprocket....look for a sprocket to fit ...for example.... a 1995 to 2005 Bandit. Sandy mentioned 650E....80 81 I think...same bolt pattern. Front too. The 6 MM spacer mounted Outboard is required so that sprocket nut can cinch up tight to the sprocket. Chain....my application used 114 links. EK MVX X ring chain was 120 links in the box. Rivet master link too was my choice. Easy install. And I figure you know this already...by shedding 8 to 10 pounds in rotating mass.....well, one can feel the difference.....

The link here has got some useful information. JT Sprockets - Application Guide 2018

Amazon.ca has 1 JTR816.50 available and I think I have an extra spacer in my bag of tricks. I'll look tomorrow.

I will have a look for Sunstar as well, thanks. Everything that fits the later oil cooled GSXR1100's ('89+) also fits the GS1100E, so I cross reference on that.

I never thought of Amazon, will take a look there. Thanks for the lead and fingers crossed on the spacer.

Sorry, I looked and I don't have a spare spacer.

No worries, I can sort a large washer with no trouble. Thanks for the tip on Amazon, the rear sprocket has been ordered from there and the front sprocket and chain from Fortnine. With any luck it will all be back together in a couple weeks.
