IMG_3146.jpg Painted wheels black but
masked off the thin raised sections, love the original Suzuki style rims- also this is a rim from T model 550. It’s 17” x2.5 instead of the Katana 18” x2.15. I put a 130-90 Bridgestone BattlaxYou do not have permission to view this gallery.

Here’s the difference, diameter just a little taller so highway revs should be a little lessAttached FilesComment

Your bike, your choice, but I'm interested in the fact that you are -from what I can see- turning a GS550M Katana into a GS550E? The 550 Kat in what looks like original condition would be a rarer beast that any other GS550. So I guess I'm asking why?82 GSX1100SXZ Katana

Probably most here are wondering... The GS550M got to be the most "rare" and "special" GS550 ever made.1983 GS1100E, 1983 CB1100F, 1991 GSX1100G, 1996 Kaw. ZL600 Eliminator, 1999 Bandit 1200S, 2005 Bandit 1200S, 2000 Kaw. ZRX 1100Comment
