Gee, don't make an album in Photobucket. It deletes all the photos.
Oh well, here are some current pics

Well broke an oil ring on the #2. If APE doesn't have one tomorrow it'll be another week.
              Darn!

APE comes through again! Got there at 8am and got the rings. Headed over to Kris's and he let me work on the bike while he was at work.
Got the top end on, degreed in the cams (107/108), set the valve clearance (some DA used loctite on the tappets), set up the Dyna 2000 and rejetted the carbs. Put enough on the bike to run it around 9pm.

I took all sixteen off and cleaned them on a wire wheel.

Congrats mate. How do you like the Dyna 2000? Have you plotted your own advance curve or are you just switching between the stock 16v curves till you find the best one??

Not sure haven't ridden it yet. It was easy as butter to install and time though.
I'm going to run it on #2 unless I hear pinging then to #1 I go. This is a 35 degree advance - 20 degress for idle.

I wouldn't use more than 34 degrees with your weight & pump gas. Remember what happened last time?!! Ray.
